Abominable Head is Forever item 280438. The complete English indexed original records pickup binding, Unique, a quest-start action and required level 16; its drop field names The Baron.<br />
<br />
== Quest connection ==<br />
The original item-start hyperlink resolves to 97288, the first Unending Torment step. The separately opened quest also lists one head as a provided objective.<br />
<br />
The starting item is distinct from Head of the Baron, item 268518, used later in the chain. A quest-start action, a database-listed drop and a provided-objective field do not establish party loot, duplication or tested acceptance.<br />
<br />
== Source history ==<br />
The original capture and citation from 30 September remain part of this item's evidence history. Direct access currently returns a JavaScript challenge. A difference in source visibility does not establish a dated game change.<br />

No drop percentage, rarity, coordinates or current quest eligibility is claimed.<br />
