Elder Knowledge is the Forever quest identified by 95664.<br />
<br />
== Objective and next step ==<br />
Carry Titan Relic to the Elder Rise in Thunder Bluff and seek someone who can identify it. Icy Veins identifies Bashana Runetotem as the turn-in NPC.<br />
<br />
The gear belongs to the follow-up Earthen Echo, whose own record lists the reward choices. This distinction matters when a guide summarizes rewards for the whole chain under its opening quest.<br />
<br />
== Before turning in ==<br />
Check the follow-up's objective item in your quest log and bags. Its article distinguishes player reports about a missing relic from an official fix announcement.<br />
<br />
== Evidence and limits ==<br />
Objectives and reward placement were checked against the individual Forever record. Guide reports and player comments are identified separately. Minimum acceptance levels, shareability, experience and money are not inferred from a dungeon level band or another WoW edition. See dungeon quest preparation for the dated guide overview. No wiki playthrough is claimed.<br />
