Earthen Echo is the Forever quest identified by 98823.

Objective
After Elder Knowledge, bring Titan Relic to Muln Earthfury at Skywatcher Plateau in northwest Mulgore.

Rewards
Choose Heavehammer, Healer's Staff or Furs of the Earthen Ring. These are choices for this second quest, not simultaneous rewards from Elder Knowledge.

Missing relic reports
Wowhead contributor Lexidoll reports a missing quest item, then an edit dated 4 October 2026 says accepting the quest supplied it again. Another contributor, Kdow1234, reports trouble accepting it after abandonment. These are player reports with unrecorded builds, not a verified universal fix. Before abandoning, confirm that the pickup NPC offers recovery in your current build.

Evidence and limits
Objectives and reward placement were checked against the individual Forever record. Guide reports and player comments are identified separately. Minimum acceptance levels, shareability, experience and money are not inferred from a dungeon level band or another WoW edition. See dungeon quest preparation for the dated guide overview. No wiki playthrough is claimed.
