'''Facing the Truth''' ('''93041''') requires '''Honored with Gelkis Clan Centaur'''. Bring '''1 Accursed Skull''' and the provided '''Gelkis Necromantic Garb''' to [[Uthek the Wise]] in Gelkis Village. The text suggests searching a goliath skeleton's jaws for the skull; no object coordinates are exposed. It lists '''500 Gelkis reputation'''.<ref>[https://www.wowhead.com/forever/quest=93041/facing-the-truth Original Forever record], reviewed 12 October 2026; exact capture build unreported.</ref>

The displayed series next names [[A Cleansing Cry]]. The recipient is Uthek; this delivery is separate from the later return to Nerlokh.
