'''Hissing Serum''' is Forever item '''281327''', a level-1 quest item with a Unique restriction. Its use tooltip targets the system above Othmar's body.<ref name="item">Wowhead Forever, [https://www.wowhead.com/forever/item=281327/hissing-serum Item 281327], original reviewed 14 October 2026; exact capture build unreported.</ref>

== Final chain objective ==
The original '''97292''' provided-item hyperlink resolves to this ID. It lists one serum provided and one administration objective.<ref name="quest">Wowhead Forever, [https://www.wowhead.com/forever/quest=97292/unending-torment Quest 97292], original reviewed 14 October 2026; exact capture build unreported.</ref> The [[Unending Torment]] guide centralizes the written target instructions.

The directly opened 14 October item tooltip agrees with the retained 30 September target wording; it is not an in-game interaction test. Current click behavior, exact coordinates, object/NPC IDs, party sharing and completion bugs remain unverified. Quest provision is not labeled an equipment reward or a vendor purchase.
