Horrors in the Highland is the Forever quest identified by 95646.

Objective
Defeat a Highland Horror inside Excavation Site: Wetlands and deliver 1 Horrible Rootcore to Rethiel the Greenwarden in Wetlands. The objective explicitly names the instance: an outdoor creature with the same name is not sufficient evidence of quest credit.

Preparation
Icy Veins says Rethiel's earlier quests, beginning with Tramping Paws, must be completed first. Check whether the quest is available before entering; the wiki has not independently tested the prerequisite flags.

Rewards
Choose Ironwood Destroyer, Curl of Life or Hornbeam Heft. No drop chance for the objective item is established by the inspected record.

Evidence and limits
Objectives and reward placement were checked against the individual Forever record. Guide reports and player comments are identified separately. Minimum acceptance levels, shareability, experience and money are not inferred from a dungeon level band or another WoW edition. See dungeon quest preparation for the dated guide overview. No wiki playthrough is claimed.
