# Record the exact Forever version, observation date, conditions, and a source or screenshot. [[Project:Beta verification|Use the observation checklist]].
# [[Special:UserLogin|Log in]] with an editor account. Choose '''Update reference details''' for structured fields or '''Add evidence or resolve a task''' for the article text.
# Add the supported result and citation, preserve useful earlier evidence, and remove the resolved request from the article's Research tasks template. Leave other requests in place.

On talent and Legacy perk pages, the requests come from the '''Talent''' or '''Legacy perk''' template. Add <code>research_needs=Remaining request; Another request</code> inside that template to list what still needs evidence. Use an explicitly empty <code>research_needs=</code> when all requests are resolved; removing the parameter restores the default requests.

Existing editor-account arrangements are described in [[Help:Editing#Get an editor account|editing help]]. Do not substitute another edition's route, stats, or quest sequence for an untested Forever result.
