Shrewd Negotiations is Forever quest 97287.

Objective
Speak to Archmage Celindra in the City of Dalaran. The record provides one Arcane Mote.

Rewards and sequence
The displayed sequence follows Blood in the Streets and the Magus Wordeen variant of Heart of Disruption. No named item reward is displayed in the inspected body.

Preparation and limits
The story proposes negotiating with the Kirin Tor. It does not by itself establish permanent faction access, reputation rewards or an account-wide unlock.

The individual record is evidence for these objectives and listed rewards; it is not a wiki playthrough. Unshown acceptance levels, currencies and unlock requirements remain unverified.
