Datamined data
Search the complete beta-labelled spell records and source-declared beta talents, racials and Legacy records from the licensed export. Every result retains its own build, rank and evidence notes.
Full wiki database
Browse all published database records for items, abilities, crafting recipes, quests, creatures, zones and instance maps. Each record has its own wiki page. The licensed spell-and-talent catalogue below is one source collection within that wider database.
Search the licensed spell and talent reference
The catalogue contains 3,187 records: 1,754 spell entries, 1,318 talent ranks, 40 racial entries and 75 Legacy rank entries. Six Legacy entries are explicit source placeholders. There are 3,111 records at build 1.60.1.70009, 75 Legacy records at build 1.60.1.69876, and one beta observation whose exact build is unrecorded. The more specific Legacy section label takes precedence over the site's newer general header.[1]
If the interactive catalogue is unavailable, use the class spellbooks, talent pages, racial references and Legacy perks. The curated spellbooks remain focused on listed learning levels 1–20.
Coverage and interpretation
- All 1,754 beta-tagged spell records are included. Higher ranks, talent-granted abilities and alternate-acquisition flags are retained instead of silently discarded.
- 30 demo records and 12 Classic fallback records are excluded from the search. The separate Priest racial summary mixes beta effects with earlier race assignments and is not treated as an independently verified beta record.
- The source renders most spell tooltips at level 60 without gear. Displayed damage, healing or Mana cost is not a measurement at the listed learning level.
- A rank labelled source-confirmed describes the publisher's evidence, not an independent test by this wiki. Estimated ranks, placeholders and unknown builds keep explicit labels.
- Identical names across editions do not prove identical behavior. Classic comparison fields are excluded from the current-effect display.[1]
October 1 source check
The public client build remains 1.60.1.70124. Fresh exact-build Talent and SpellLevels exports match the retained archive. This bounded recheck is not a new full-table download or proof that server behavior is unchanged. Read the source-check receipt.
The licensed catalogue has a new pinned export, with the same 3,187 record identities. Five talent-granted spell records now carry source-author learning-level annotations: Counterattack, Vampiric Embrace, Mana Tide Totem, Stormstrike and Soul Link. The annotation table distinguishes source-interpreted talent access from unchanged underlying file levels. Talent effects, ranks and tree positions are unchanged. Unchanged curated articles retain their earlier snapshots.[1]
September 30 build and collection
On September 30, Blizzard's public manifest identified 1.60.1.70124. The complete downloaded-table comparison found 609 byte-identical tables and one changed icon-manifest table with a single added ID. No disclosed item, spell, quest or talent table changed in this comparison. This does not rule out changes to code, server behavior or undisclosed data.[2]
At the September 30 check, the licensed export was byte-identical to its September 27 snapshot. Its records keep their existing source builds, as does the older wiki database. Newly written quest and food references have separate evidence.
September 29 source check
On September 29, Blizzard's public beta manifest identified 1.60.1.70009. The licensed export matched the September 27 snapshot. Seven freshly requested client exports matched the retained archive; the two previously unavailable exports returned HTTP 400. This is a targeted recheck, not a new download of the entire archive or proof that server hotfixes have stopped.[3]
Datamined item sets adds a focused reference for four set IDs added between the 69977 and 70009 archives, with 20 linked item IDs. Rotmender's Raiment separately records rendered database tooltips and reported acquisition limits. Newly documented wiki content is not necessarily newly released game content.
Latest client-table collection
The advertised English export catalogue for build 1.60.1.70124 was collected on 30 September: 610 of 612 tables and 1,928,684 rows. Two exports remain unavailable. The comparison explains the sole added icon-manifest identifier and the limits of an unchanged gameplay-table export. Download the latest coverage receipt.
The September 27 comparison retains build 70009's 610 tables and 1,928,683 rows. The September 23 comparison retains 1,913,527 rows for build 69977. Those are dated archive findings, not descriptions of the newest collection.
Earlier client-table collection
The research archive separately collects Wago's advertised English CSV exports for Forever beta 1.60.1.69913. Blizzard's build configuration identifies the product as wow_classic_beta and the build as WOW-69913patch1.60.1_ForeverBeta.[4][5]
The archive is a research collection, distinct from the licensed searchable reference above. Each table has a retrieval URL, file checksum, column list and exported row count. An empty exported table is recorded as empty; a failed export stays listed as unavailable. No data from another build is substituted. The verified collection contains 610 of 612 advertised tables, totaling 1,913,519 exported rows (88,682,026 uncompressed bytes). The two unavailable exports, DeclinedWord and DeclinedWordCases, returned HTTP 400; they are not counted as empty tables. Download the coverage receipt.
Selected exported table counts are 19,171 ItemSparse rows, 31,767 SpellName rows, 6,600 QuestV2 identifiers and 73 Map rows. These overlap related tables and must not be added together as a count of distinct game objects. SkillLineAbility also includes class, pet and racial abilities; its 7,824 rows are not a recipe count.
Some client records are inherited, unused or incomplete. Quest IDs alone do not establish objectives or rewards, and raw item allocation fields do not directly give final tooltip amounts. Source-reported withheld rows remain unavailable.[6]
Snapshot and attribution
The licensed snapshot has SHA-256 90ede71424c8200fce51ea6b3e78d32cb3d2fb7f379e038a7adf61b916f7f58f. Its generated date is 30 September; retrieval and review took place on 1 October. Older snapshots are retained, and the hash identifies the exact bytes reviewed.
The latest reviewed export has 466 active talents. Primal Bite and Blood Frenzy replace two Druid talent names; Improved Holy Strike and Crusade are absent from the current Paladin trees and preserved as historical pages. Updated spellbooks and racials retain exact source labels. The 21 Rogue poison and Blinding Powder recipe ranks remain included, with the source’s annotation on Instant Poison IV’s conflicting charge display.[1]
The September 20 source added weapon requirements to Holy Shield, Mutilate and Spearing Strike records. These are corrections in the source snapshot, not an asserted game hotfix.[1]
