The licensed export generated 2026-10-07, reviewed 2026-10-08, labels this talent-granted spell Learned at level 25. The source author explains: Row 4 of Survival opens at level 25 (20 with the Legacy perk Talented at 5/5), so that is when the talent can give it. The game files still put the spell itself at level 30.
