Learning-level source note
The licensed export generated 2026-10-07, reviewed 2026-10-08, labels this talent-granted spell Learned at level 25. The source author explains: Row 4 of Restoration opens at level 25 (20 with the Legacy perk Talented at 5/5), so that is when the talent can give it. The game files still put the spell itself at level 40.
This is the source author's interpretation of talent access, not a newly changed spell-file level or an independently tested unlock. It does not establish trainer access or availability at the current beta cap. The effect snapshot is dated separately from the learning-level interpretation. See the source correction table.
