Elder Knowledge is the Forever quest identified by 95664.[1]
Objective and next step
Carry Titan Relic to the Elder Rise in Thunder Bluff and seek someone who can identify it.[1] Icy Veins identifies Bashana Runetotem as the turn-in NPC.[2]
The gear belongs to the follow-up Earthen Echo, whose own record lists the reward choices.[3] This distinction matters when a guide summarizes rewards for the whole chain under its opening quest.
Before turning in
See the official relic correction. The follow-up article preserves older reports as history.
Evidence and limits
Objectives and reward placement were checked against the individual Forever record. Guide reports and player comments are identified separately. Minimum acceptance levels, shareability, experience and money are not inferred from a dungeon level band or another WoW edition. See dungeon quest preparation for the dated guide overview. No wiki playthrough is claimed.
