Prehistoric Prism is the Forever quest identified by 98824.[1]
Objective
After Lost Relic Carry, bring Titan Relic to High Explorer Magellas in Ironforge's Hall of Explorers.[1]
Rewards
Choose Explorer's League Dustcover, Healer's Staff or Heavehammer.[1] This is the second quest's reward window.
Historical missing relic reports
See the later official correction before following older troubleshooting advice.
Contributor Driatin reports losing the relic during the first turn-in, then an edit dated 6 October 2026 reports recovery by abandoning and accepting the follow-up again. Contributor un2110 also reports that workaround.[2] These older reports do not establish successful recovery for every character. They are kept as history, not current abandonment advice.
Individual reward references checked 12 October
The linked item articles now record independently opened Forever tooltips, exact identities and source limits.
| Linked reward | Original item ID |
|---|---|
| Heavehammer | 271766[3] |
| Healer's Staff | 271767[4] |
| Explorer's League Dustcover | 271716[5] |
This supplements the earlier reward-choice evidence; it does not date a gameplay item change. The dungeon level band and a guide's acceptance recommendation do not fill a blank item requirement.
Evidence and limits
Objectives and reward placement were checked against the individual Forever record. Guide reports and player comments are identified separately. Minimum acceptance levels, shareability, experience and money are not inferred from a dungeon level band or another WoW edition. See dungeon quest preparation for the dated guide overview. No wiki playthrough is claimed.
