City of Dalaran has an announced level band of 28–33.[1] Wowhead reports that the city’s barrier has fallen and the Kirin Tor need help containing its magic.[2]
Entrance and access
The exact entrance and approach are not recorded. The level band describes announced content, not a confirmed entry restriction. Party size, faction access, and any prerequisite quest need a Forever build check.
Encounters
A named boss roster and build-verified strategies have not been documented here. Encounter records should identify the enemy, ability, party response, and source before becoming a walkthrough.
