Dual Wield Specialization is a passive talent in the Warrior Fury tree in the Forever beta 1.60.1.70170 with October 1–2 community hotfix overlay source data.

Community hotfix overlay. The source combines build 70170 with community readings of the October 1–2 server hotfix cache. These values and tree positions are not all present in the raw client files and have not been independently tested by this wiki. See provenance and source conflicts.

Ranks

Descriptions below preserve the source wording. Rank labels describe the source evidence; they are not independent gameplay verification.

Source discrepancy

The licensed hotfix overlay retains 10% additional Off-Hand Rage per rank. Blizzard's October 2 notice removes the previous 20%-per-rank bonus without specifying that replacement. These sources differ; actual behavior is not independently verified here. See the source comparison.
