Dungeons
Find dungeon locations, level ranges, and group sizes.
Documented ranges describe the announced content, not verified entry restrictions. Browse loot sources, explore announced raids, and see how to record a tested dungeon route.
New Forever dungeons
The table starts from Blizzard's September level bands; later source changes are identified in the affected row.[1] Each page separates announced content, written beta reports and build-specific client records. A client entry alone does not establish that a dungeon is open.
| Dungeon | Documented levels | What the article covers |
|---|---|---|
| Hall of Thanes | 13–18 | Entrance, encounters, five quest references and reported loot |
| Ruins of Lordaeron | 15–20 | Entrance, encounter preparation, faction quest list and reported loot |
| Excavation Site: Wetlands | 26–31 (October 1)[2] | Quest chains, named NPCs, three boss references and original loot; earlier ranges retained |
| City of Dalaran | 28–33 | Individual encounters, access and quest records, supported loot and corrected level range |
| The Drowned City | 35–40 | Announced setting and client evidence |
| Krol'dok Stronghold | 40–45 | Setting, corrected level range and client evidence |
| Alcaz Prison | 48–53 | Setting and datamined encounter reference |
| Blackmaw Hold | 55–60 | Announced setting and client evidence |
| Shaper's Terrace | 58–60 | Setting and datamined encounter references |
Hall of Thanes and Ruins of Lordaeron have written opening-beta guides. The other articles explicitly state where access, mechanics and rewards remain unverified. Raw client research and the record index have broader coverage, including records that are not confirmed new playable dungeons.
