City of Dalaran has an announced level band of 28–33.[1] Wowhead reports that the city’s barrier has fallen and the Kirin Tor need help containing its magic.[2]
Planning a visit
The range describes the intended content band; it does not establish a hard entry restriction. Before organizing a run, check the party’s current build and record any access quest or faction requirement. No verified entrance coordinates, boss strategies, or complete loot table are recorded here.

Evidence and limits
Reviewed on 16 September 2026. This is a preview reference, not an in-game check. Party size and individual encounter requirements remain unrecorded. A familiar location name is not evidence that another edition’s instance route applies.
