Reviewed 16 September 2026. This is a dated announcement and research log. It is not an automatically updated feed or a list of changes tested in beta.

Next announced milestones

Blizzard's access article schedules beta for 17 September–21 October and release for 4 November 2026.[1] The announced Forever Q&A begins on 17 September at 10:30 a.m. PDT on the official Warcraft Twitch and YouTube channels.[2]

Dates describe the cited announcement. See Beginner guide for access requirements. An event time is not an independently verified beta-server opening time.

Announcement corrections

15 September 2026: Krol'dok Stronghold's announced range was corrected to 40–45.[3] This corrects the published preview information; it is not a tested gameplay hotfix.

Game build and hotfix log

No in-game build comparison or tested hotfix entry has been recorded on this page as of the review date. A wiki content expansion is not a game patch. When reliable patch information is available, each entry should record:

  • Build and date: the affected game version and the announcement or test date.
  • Before → after: the exact field or behavior changed, with both sources when available.
  • Affected pages: the class, talent, quest, recipe, item, or location references needing updates.
  • Evidence: an official patch note or a reproducible observation, with disagreement preserved if sources conflict.

For a reported correction, edit the affected article first, preserve its historical evidence, then link the completed change here. Do not replace an unknown value with an extrapolation from another edition.
