Shrewd Negotiations is Forever quest 97287.[1]
Objective
Speak to Archmage Celindra in the City of Dalaran. The record provides one Arcane Mote.[1]
Rewards and sequence
The displayed sequence follows Blood in the Streets and the Magus Wordeen variant of Heart of Disruption. No named item reward is displayed in the inspected body.[1]
Preparation and limits
The story proposes negotiating with the Kirin Tor. It does not by itself establish permanent faction access, reputation rewards or an account-wide unlock.
The individual record is evidence for these objectives and listed rewards; it is not a wiki playthrough. Unshown acceptance levels, currencies and unlock requirements remain unverified.
