Availability
Blizzard opened City of Dalaran for testing on October 8.[3] See Beta update (October 8, 2026) and Beta guide. The announced level band remains separate from a verified minimum entry requirement.
Setting and access
The October 8 written Forever guide describes sewer access. It reports a Horde gate requiring a key held by at least one player, rather than a completed chain on every party member.[4] Blood in the Streets and Heart of Disruption independently document the approach and provided key; their pages do not establish every prerequisite. No coordinates are supplied here.
Wowhead’s written preview says the city’s barrier has fallen and the Kirin Tor need help restoring control.[5] Its older 20–35 prose conflicts with Blizzard’s corrected 28–33 level table; this page follows Blizzard.[1]
Beta client evidence
The dungeon is map 2959, with a five-player difficulty record (5923). A separate map named Dalaran City (2980) must not be treated as this instance.[6][7] The instance’s area records include Fel Grove (16559).[8] These records do not locate the entrance or prove that the dungeon is open on a beta realm.

The guide leaves Fel Ancient and Lyn the Ignored mechanics unresolved. It does not supply a verified loot table.[4]
Name discrepancy: Power Overwhelming says Mana Elemental in its prose but Arcanic Enigma in its linked objective. This does not prove that every similarly named historical encounter row is an alias.
