Improved Hamstring is a passive talent in the Warrior Arms tree in the Forever beta 1.60.1.70291 source data.

Warrior source history. The prior 70170 snapshot combined client files with community readings of the October 1–2 server hotfix cache. The source author now attributes this tree to client build 70291. That attribution does not independently establish live behavior or resolve the previously recorded source disagreements.
