The item named Recipe: Twice-Spiced Raptor Slice (250185) teaches the Cooking recipe. The learning item's tooltip requires Cooking 75 and binds on pickup.[1]
Acquisition
The original Changing Tastes record lists the learning item as an additional reward, alongside the prepared food. It is separate from the choice between Satchel of Potions and Serrated Raptor Claw.[2]
Learning and limits
Cooking 75 is the displayed learning-item requirement, not the food's required player level and not a skill-up threshold. No alternative trainer, vendor or drop source has been established. A current in-game learning test is still needed; the source review alone does not certify quest acceptance or loot eligibility.
