EQUIPMENT / PLAN YOUR NEXT REWARD

Choose equipment by documented bonuses, recorded character-level requirements and acquisition source. Each result links to its tooltip and evidence.

Start with your activity

Activity	Where to look
Hall of Thanes	Documented early dungeon equipment, including Fang of Magmatus for its recorded spell bonus.
Ruins of Lordaeron	A Frightened Request offers Edward's Knife or Tabitha's Cuffs; review its pickup and return notes before entering.
Excavation Site: Wetlands	Saltspine, Shadetooth and Relic Guardian link their individually checked drops. Changing Tastes and the relic follow-ups cover separate quest rewards.
City of Dalaran	Check Heart of Disruption variants, Starving Arcane, Power Overwhelming, The Grave Knight and A Green Sample, then the dungeon's separate drop references.
Crafting	Recipes and Recipe calculator connect supported material lists with learning and output references. Verify the learning source on the individual recipe before planning purchases.

Read the level columns

Required level is the recorded character-level requirement. Item level describes equipment and remains a separate value. A blank required level means the inspected source did not establish it. Dungeon level bands and quest acceptance levels cannot fill that blank.

Equipment by focus

These are broad editorial groups based on recorded tooltip bonuses. Compare the full tooltip, slot, weapon or armor proficiency, and restrictions against your current equipment. Hybrid items can be useful in more than one role; each appears under one practical starting group. School-specific bonuses and magic-damage weapons keep their individual tooltip details; a focus label does not grant bonuses absent from that tooltip. These lists are incomplete and do not establish best-in-slot rankings.
