Skinning has independently documented campsite features in Forever.[1]
Learning and progression
The Camp Chair item requires Skinning 20 and describes a 2% spell-and-attack critical-strike benefit for nearby seated players, exclusive with Moonkin Aura. It needs a campfire and shares the one-hour feature cooldown.[1]

Camp Chair (recipe) retains its earlier crafting evidence. Skinning a particular creature and its material yield still need individual Forever sources; campsite recipes do not establish that a creature is skinnable.
