Tabitha Heartweaver is Forever NPC 250686, listed in Silverpine Forest.[1]
Quest connection
A Frightened Request concerns her missing husband, Edward. The original quest record and its contributor turn-in report connect her to the quest.[2] Read that article for separately attributed Sepulcher pickup and return directions, objectives and reward choices.
Evidence and limits
The NPC record's marker count does not establish a spawn timer or multiple quest variants. Exact coordinates, quest prerequisites and an independently tested handover remain open.
