The piece list comes from the original set record.[1] The two boss drops and Stone Watcher association are independently documented in the linked item records. Player comments about the Garb and Sash are not promoted to confirmed drop sources.
Listed bonuses
| Pieces worn | Original set tooltip |
|---|---|
| 2 pieces | +5 Shadow resistance |
| 3 pieces | +10 Intellect |
| 4 pieces | Below 15% Mana: restore 200 Mana over 10 seconds, doubled in Haunted and Wasteland areas; no more than once every five minutes |
| 5 pieces | Healing spells can trigger additional healing of 40 Health every three seconds for 15 seconds |
The bonuses are listed by the original set record.[1] The four-piece effect is independently described by Siphon the Grave (1321560); the five-piece effect by Rotmending (1321587). Both were separately opened on 12 October 2026. The spell’s raw proc-chance field is not treated as a probability per player heal.
Name and history boundaries
Rotmender's Garb (286978) and Leftover Abomination Skin (271206) are distinct inspected records. Rotmender's Sash (286980) and Tuskwrap Belt (271210) are also distinct. Older player comments that propose converting other cloth drops into this set do not establish a rename or current replacement rule.
Earlier capture: 29 September 2026
The earlier set record showed 10 Intellect at two pieces, 5% lower generated threat at three, and 600 Mana over 15 seconds at four.[2] The current table above reflects the separately opened 12 October record. The five-piece healing amount remains the same in both captures; source dates do not identify the patch that changed the other bonuses.
The retained 1.60.1.70009 export connected set 2133 to the five item IDs and thresholds.[3] That check supplies identity, not current drop behavior. Datamined item sets preserves the earlier client reference.
The earlier written datamining report identified the Leggings and Treads’ former names but speculated about the remaining pieces’ sources. That speculation remains historical evidence, not a complete farming guide.
Evidence and limits
The wiki has not tested complete-set behavior, proc rates, shapeshift interaction or an efficient farming route. The readable record’s piece bonuses control this reference; earlier comments giving different values are not substituted for them. Missing source builds prevent dating those differences to a specific patch.
