Evidence limits
Map-pin counts are not simultaneous spawns or a patrol path. The wiki has not reproduced this vendor's movement, availability, reaction rules or stock timing in an identified beta build. Older inherited comments and other-edition maps are excluded. The original record's location is separate from any faction affiliation.
Evidence still needed
Verify current route and vendor stock in an identified Forever build; Record exact spawn and restock conditions
Record the Forever build, observation date, and a source or screenshot. Update the article and remove only the tasks your evidence resolves.
