Head of the Baron is Forever item 268518, a level-1 quest item. Its original item body lists The Baron as a drop source.[1]
Provided objective
The original 97289 objective hyperlink resolves to this exact item ID and lists one head as provided.[2] See Unending Torment for the existing placement instructions.
The separate database drop listing does not mean this step requires another dungeon kill. Do not interchange this ID with Abominable Head, the quest-starting item 280438. Binding, stack capacity, required character level, current eligibility and drop percentages are not established here.
