This independently readable record fills the previously unavailable label in the dated scholar table. The table's other steps keep their earlier evidence; this new conversation does not prove a mandatory prerequisite graph or the acceptance conditions for Catching Wind.
Evidence and limits
The full English indexed original was readable; direct access returned a verification page. The conversation target's underlying NPC link, giver/recipient flags, level requirements and numeric experience were not rendered. Those fields stay unassigned. No translated completion text or inferred travel-unlock condition is imported.
The source does not identify a capture build. Current availability and missing acceptance conditions have not been playtested here.
