The Supreme Magister (92699) directs you to find Elaadrin Evengale in Valanaar. The description places the High Order lodge in the southeastern part of town. It lists 50 High Order reputation.[1]
This is a written direction, not a measured coordinate or a verified acceptance route. A Grand Adventure separately documents a conversation with Elaadrin; the two records do not by themselves establish a prerequisite arrow.
Evidence and limits
The full English indexed original was readable; direct access returned a verification page. Level requirements, giver/recipient flags and the target's underlying NPC link were not rendered. They remain unassigned rather than being reconstructed from dialogue, faction reputation or another same-name NPC variant.
The source does not identify a capture build. Current availability and missing acceptance conditions have not been playtested here.
