Evidence and limits
The full English indexed original was readable; direct access returned a verification page. Its interactive footer instead shows level 19 and minimum 9, while the static race label says Tauren. This article uses the static level fields; race eligibility and experience remain unassigned. The discrepancies are not treated as documented patch changes.
The source does not expose contact IDs or acceptance flags. No required predecessor, follow-up route or capture build is established, and current availability has not been playtested here.
