Alterac Mountains is the location Blizzard lists for the City of Dalaran dungeon. Its published dungeon range is 28–33; that is not a level range or entry requirement for this entire zone.[1]
Dungeon access reference
The overview names An Alarming Request from Emissary Jacques in Southshore as the Alliance attunement starting point. For Horde, it names Key to the City and Prison Break-In from Magus Wordeen Voidglare in Tarren Mill.[1] See the dungeon guide for separately dated quest evidence and unresolved requirements.

Quests and NPCs link individual references. The infobox's linked records come from their own cited sources; this overview does not establish every location or route.
Evidence and limits
This is a narrow Forever location reference. Travel routes, coordinates, complete zone quest order and zone-wide level boundaries remain unassigned. The announcement is not a live availability check.
