Record identities and limits
Compare the quest-starting record and the same-name quest item by ID. The inspected quest body does not expose the objective link destination, so this article leaves its variant mapping unresolved. No exact pickup locations, drop rates, minimum level or current-build playthrough have been verified. Complete English indexed text supplies the objective and series; direct requests returned HTTP403. No restriction was bypassed. Player comments supply none of these claims.
