Abominable Creatures is quest 95250. Its Forever record asks for the Head of the Baron from Ruins of Lordaeron, delivered to Captain Truman.[1]
Pickup and objective
The dungeon pickup table centralizes the written faction and starting report. Check Captain Truman before defeating the boss, collect the head, and return to him.
This quest is separate from the Horde Unending Torment chain. Follow the objective in your active quest log; the head that starts that chain and the objective item named here should not be treated as interchangeable merely because both involve The Baron.
Listed reward choice
Choose one of Monstrous Cleaver, Grave Shroud, or Slain Baron's Signet.[1] Each linked item page has a separately checked Forever tooltip.
Evidence and limits
The objective and choice are recorded in the original Forever database entry; the faction and pickup context come from the named written guide. No wiki run, exact NPC coordinates, minimum acceptance level, experience payout or guaranteed drop rate is claimed.
Evidence still needed
Build-tagged pickup and turn-in; Acceptance requirements; Experience and money rewards
Record the Forever build, observation date, and a source or screenshot. Update the article and remove only the tasks your evidence resolves.
