Abominable Creatures is quest 95250. Its Forever record asks for the Head of the Baron from Ruins of Lordaeron, delivered to Captain Truman.[1]
Pickup and objective
Neryssa's written guide identifies an Alliance quest from Captain Truman inside the dungeon and names The Baron as the source of the head.[2] Check Truman before defeating the boss, collect the head, and return to him.
This quest is separate from the Horde Unending Torment chain. Follow the objective in your active quest log; the head that starts that chain and the objective item named here should not be treated as interchangeable merely because both involve The Baron.
Listed reward choice
Choose one of Monstrous Cleaver, Grave Shroud, or Slain Baron's Signet.[1] Each linked item page has a separately checked Forever tooltip.
