The original Forever quest 93746 calls for confronting Belathaan Brightwish on the road to the Shrine of Akir. Its completion text names Ayessa Dawnsinger listening to the report. The listed rewards are Windshaped Shield, Minor Mageblood Elixir and 50 Windshapers reputation; quantities and capture build remain unreported.[2]
Event and progression issue
Blizzard describes starting the event by speaking with Belathaan Brightwish near the Shrine of Akir. It could stall after Lorthuna appeared, blocking Windshaper Skyborne progression.[1] This identifies an event interaction; it does not establish the quest's acceptance or turn-in NPC.
September 21 developer update
