A Firm Response is a Zephras Isle quest addressed in Blizzard's beta troubleshooting notes.[1]
Written record: 10 October 2026
The original Forever quest 93746 calls for confronting Belathaan Brightwish on the road to the Shrine of Akir. Its completion text names Ayessa Dawnsinger listening to the report. The listed rewards are Windshaped Shield, Minor Mageblood Elixir and 50 Windshapers reputation; quantities and capture build remain unreported.[2]
Event and progression issue
Blizzard describes starting the event by speaking with Belathaan Brightwish near the Shrine of Akir. It could stall after Lorthuna appeared, blocking Windshaper Skyborne progression.[1] This identifies an event interaction; it does not establish the quest's acceptance or turn-in NPC.
September 21 developer update
Kaivax reported a new fix after an earlier attempt failed, and said Blizzard was observing successful quest completions. The post does not identify a client build or provide a complete walkthrough.[1] This is a developer-reported correction, not an independent wiki retest.
Database reference and remaining gaps
The separately sourced quest database record indexes this name under ID 93746. Its source and observation status are recorded there. The developer post above does not supply that ID. Skyborne starting guide links the independently verified departure records; this historical fix is not proof that their entire route has been retested.
Evidence still needed
Acceptance and turn-in NPCs; Prerequisites and minimum level; Full objectives and rewards; Current-build event retest
