Satchel of Potions is Forever item 280766, a bind-on-pickup trinket with item level 33 and a 10-minute use cooldown.[1] Its inspected tooltip does not state a character-level requirement; item level is not an equip-level requirement.
Acquisition
Read Changing Tastes and Heartwoven for their separate reward placements.[2] These quest references support the acquisition method above; this is not a direct boss-drop claim.
Use effect data
The associated Forever spell 1309685 has self range, instant activation and four effect entries: three triggered spells and Fire damage with displayed value 216.[3]
| Linked effect | Individually inspected tooltip |
|---|---|
| Healing Potion (1309725) | Restores 455–585 health.[4] |
| Restore Mana (1309726) | Restores 455–585 mana.[5] |
| Speed (1309728) | 50% movement-speed increase for 15 seconds. The raw effect field shows 51%; this article preserves the rendered tooltip value.[6] |
The spell data does not establish outcome probabilities or promise all effects at once. Contributor LimeScout reports one random effect per use, applied directly rather than creating a potion item; that is a player report, not a wiki test.[7] Spell-level fields on triggered effects are not imported as this trinket's required level.
Client record review
The hash-checked ItemSparse row for item 280766 changes OverallQualityID from 3 in 1.60.1.70245 to 2 in 1.60.1.70291.[8] The original item tooltip rechecked on October 10 still shows item level 33 and a 10-minute use cooldown.[9] Its readable quality name and current gameplay outcome frequencies remain unrecorded. See Beta record review (October 10, 2026) for the audit boundary.
Evidence and limits
The item, quest rewards and effect records were individually checked in the Forever database. Exact capture builds, rarity, outcome frequencies and current in-game behavior remain unverified. No probabilities are inferred from an average calculated by a commenter.
