Avenged Tenfold (92834) asks for 10 Al'Aketh Windstone Charms (255658) from cultists at Gustberry Fields or Shrine of Akir, north of Valanaar. Listed reputation is 50 High Order.[1]
Reward choice
Choose Martyr's Armor (263401), Sash of Sorrow (263402) or Cilice of Regret (263403).[1] The first two equipment articles have independently readable original tooltips. The Cilice link retains a historical client reference: its original tooltip could not be fetched for this review, so no current stat or equip-level claim is added.
Objective limits
The body does not expose a starting or returning NPC. Its narrative voice is not used to assign a quest giver. No per-creature drop rate or guaranteed farming loop follows from the collection objective.
Evidence and limits
Written source captures do not identify a client build. Quest acceptance flags, precise coordinates and current availability have not been playtested here. A displayed series does not establish every mandatory prerequisite or faction/class branch.
Evidence still needed
Exact giver/recipient and acceptance; Current collection and reward verification; Cilice original tooltip
