Cat Carrier (White Kitten) is Forever item 8489. Its independently opened tooltip lists item level 20 and an effect that teaches a companion summon; the companion can be summoned and dismissed.[1]
Acquisition
Reported seller: Lil Timmy.[2] Reported prices and stock conditions are centralized in Companion collecting. This is a written acquisition report, not a purchase performed by this wiki.
Unresolved details
Required character level, current binding, trade eligibility and exact stock or respawn timing remain unverified. Item level is not an equip or purchase-level requirement. The readable tooltip's vendor sell value is not its purchase price. No pet-battle feature is inferred.
