Blueprint: Fermenter teaches Fermenter (recipe) and requires Alchemy 140.[1]
Acquisition
The Forever record lists Rath'mael as its drop source. See Ruins of Lordaeron for the dungeon reference.[1] A reliable drop rate and full loot eligibility rules are not established.
What it unlocks
The learning item unlocks crafting the finished campsite feature. Fermenter (recipe) lists ingredients, tools and output. Acquiring a blueprint, learning the spell and placing the item are separate steps.
The record also has a player comment reporting a trash-enemy drop. That report is not treated as a complete source list or proof that the named boss is the only source.
