Blueprint: Fishing Rack teaches Fishing Rack (recipe) and requires Fishing 140.[1]
Acquisition
The Forever record lists Gelihast as its drop source. The separately read written Forever dungeon guide places this encounter in Blackfathom Deeps.[2][1] A reliable drop rate and full loot eligibility rules are not established. The instance client reference retains its own historical build.
What it unlocks
The learning item unlocks crafting the finished campsite feature. Fishing Rack (recipe) lists ingredients, tools and output. Acquiring a blueprint, learning the spell and placing the item are separate steps.
