The New Plague
The New Plague is Forever quest 95216. It requests one Highly Toxic Strain from Witherfang in Ruins of Lordaeron, delivered to Theodore Griffs in Undercity.[1]
Preparation and objective
Check that quest 95216 is active before defeating Witherfang. The same quest name occurs elsewhere in WoW; use this ID to identify the Forever dungeon objective. The objective names the creature and required sample, rather than a generic spider kill.[1]
Reward choice
The original record offers one of Plaguefang or Blight Gloves.[1] Those item pages preserve their individually checked tooltips; they are quest rewards rather than equipment drops from Witherfang.
Evidence and limits
Original Forever quest records supply the objectives and named rewards. The wiki has not tested acceptance, sharing, current completion behavior or payouts. Missing experience or currency fields are not zero values. Minimum acceptance level and exact capture build remain unverified; other WoW editions do not fill these gaps.
