Transformative Cocoon is Forever item 276895, a unique-equipped trinket that binds on pickup.[1]
Use effect
The tooltip pairs 260–300 damage absorption with a 5-second self-stun. After that stun ends, movement speed increases by 60% for 8 seconds. The displayed cooldown is 5 minutes.[1] Consider the loss of control before using it; this review does not test whether another effect can remove the stun or alter the sequence.
Acquisition
The Broodmother names this item in its reward panel.[2] It is documented here as a quest reward, rather than creature loot.
Evidence and limits
The complete English indexed item tooltip displays item level 30.[1] Required equip level and quality remain unassigned. Direct access returned a verification page; no restriction was bypassed. Attached comments do not establish appearance changes or crowd-control interactions. Translations, video and other-edition tooltips are excluded. No current-build gameplay or launch availability is claimed.
