Well Fed XP Boost is the experience effect linked by several Forever food tooltips. The displayed description for spell 1243969 specifies 5% more experience from kills. It does not describe a general 5% bonus to quest turn-ins.[1]

These individually reviewed item tooltips list the kill-experience bonus alongside a 15-minute stat buff after at least ten seconds of consumption. The list is illustrative, not a complete food catalogue.

Evidence limits
The spell page's technical effect fields do not transparently agree with its rendered 5% description: they display separate values for kill, quest and exploration effects. This wiki does not calculate a different effective bonus from those fields. Tooltip wording is documented; actual experience gains, stacking and rounding remain untested.[1]
To verify behavior, compare equivalent kills with and without the food, recording level, rested state, group membership, other bonuses and the exact beta build. Test quest turn-ins separately. One food's tooltip does not prove that every meal supplies this effect.
